Counseling for Healing & Wholeness

Bozeman, Montana

I’m glad you’re here.

We all face challenges that can leave us feeling disconnected to ourselves and others. Perhaps you feel hopeless, unloveable, or stuck in an area of your life. You have tried your best to get through it on your own, but something is not working. We often fear that if we acknowledge our pain that it will completely overwhelm us. But it doesn’t have to.

Services Offered

We were not made to go through these experiences alone. Though we are harmed in the context of relationship, we are also healed in it. I believe that flourishing and freedom are possible for you. I provide in-person sessions at my office in Bozeman, Montana. I also offer telehealth sessions to clients who live in the state of Montana.

A foggy lake scene with green bushes and rocks in the foreground, calm water, forested hills in the background, and low-hanging fog obscuring the hilltops.

I have a background in guiding wilderness adventure programs, coaching girls lacrosse, and working with college students through a faith-based non-profit in Seattle, WA.

My approach to counseling is tailored to fit my clients' unique needs and involves a blend of Attachment Theory, Interpersonal, and mindfulness interventions. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and find it to be an effective tool for those who would like to process trauma.

My approach to the healing process is shaped by my belief in a good, loving God and a world that is affected by pain and suffering. I welcome people of all faiths and how much (if at all) we discuss issues of faith and spirituality will be chosen by you.
